Swaraj Shares and Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors ("IDC") to the Public Shareholders of Mardia Samyoung Capillary Tubes Company Ltd ("Target Company") under the provisions of Regulations 26(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendment thereto ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations").
