Pursuant to Listing Regulations, we submit the copies of the newspaper advertisements published by the Company in The Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 27th August, 2026 in compliance with the relevant MCA Circulars, in respect of the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026.
