We hereby inform you that the Company's proposed Trademarks ''BOOKMYYATRA'' AND ''BOOKMYYATRA.COM'' are duly accepted by Hon'ble Registrar of Trademark, Delhi and advertised in Trademark Journal (Official Gazette of the Trade Marks Registry). However, a suit has been instituted before High Court, Delhi against these accepted trademarks by Yatra Online Limited. Further, the matter is listed for hearing on January 29, 2025 before the learned Joint Registrar and on April 29,2025 before the Hon'ble High Court.
