We would like to inform that M/s. Pawan Gupta & Co. (FRN-318115E)Chartered Accountant, Internal Auditor of the Company has tendered their resignation w.e.f. 11.03.2025 due to pre-occupancy. It was further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above.The Company will place the resignation of Internal Auditor before the Audit Committee and Board of Directors for their consideration and noting in its ensuing meetings.
