This is with reference to the warning letter issued to Logica Infoway Limited (Formerly, Eastern Logica Infoway Limited ('the Company') vide letter no. DCS/NC/TS/WL/137/2024-2025 dated Saturday, February 01, 2025 which was received through E-Mail dated Saturday, February 01, 2025. The warning letter has been issued with regard to the Non-Compliance with Reg. 45(3) of SEBI (LODR) 2015, which was duly been rectified.
