Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 alang with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor.2. Resignation of Mrs. Sumita Mahadevan @IN: 11236590) from her position as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 13,2026.3. Appointment of Mrs. Kirrti Lahoti (DIN: 03440885) as an Additional Director to be designated as Non -Executive Independent Director .of the Company for a period of five years, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
