The Company has been informed by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ("RTA") that they have changed their name from Link Intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited with effect from 31st December 2024. The certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name is enclosed herewith.
