With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2026, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 23 October 2026 up to and including 29 October 2026. Krka acquired 4,357 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,104,550 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 23 October 2026: 915 shares at a VWAP of EUR 255.75,
- on 26 October 2026: 908 shares at a VWAP of EUR 253.57,
- on 27 October 2026: 921 shares at a VWAP of EUR 252.93,
- on 28 October 2026: 781 shares at a VWAP of EUR 252.31 and
- on 29 October 2026: 832 shares at a VWAP of EUR 252.75.
