The Board of Directors took note of the non-convening of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, scheduled on 15th July, 2026. The Board approved making an application to the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking extension of time for holding the said AGM. The Board further approved all necessary statutory filings, regulatory disclosures and intimation to BSE Limited. Mr. Raakesh B. Kulwal, Managing Director (DIN: 00615150), was authorised to make the application, sign and submit Form GNL-1 and other requisite documents, and undertake all necessary acts and filings.
