Gusani and Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountants (FRN : 140785W ) as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of previous Statutory Auditor i.e. DGMS and Co. subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company till the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting.2) To appoint CS Ankita Tejas Shah, Practising Company Secretary and Designated Partner of Vast & Co.
