According to relevant regulations, upon application by JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the conversion of the company’s "JCHX Convertible Bonds" will be suspended from September 23, 2025, to September 25, 2025. Holders of the "JCHX Convertible Bonds" may convert their bonds on or before September 22, 2025. Conversion will resume on the 1st trading day following the record date, which is September 26, 2025.
