Softbpo Global Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/12/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of our earlier intimations dated December 03, 2025 and December 08, 2025 regarding the Board Meeting scheduled on December 10, 2025, we hereby inform the Stock Exchange that the said meeting has been deferred. The revised date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in accordance with Regulation 20 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 once finalized. Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, which has been closed with effect from December 03, 2025, shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the rescheduled Board Meeting.
