11. Additional Information
The voting rights are held through options in the trading book of All Options International B.V. and were previously disregarded under the trading book exemption in DTR 5.1.3R(4). On 25 September 2026 the holding exceeded 5%, the exemption ceased to apply and the full holding became notifiable. Percentages are calculated on 119,821,456 total voting rights. This notification is submitted after the deadline in DTR 5.8.3R; the delay was identified through an internal review and our monitoring is being strengthened.
