Garneau Inc. Announces New Board Chairman

NISKU, AB, Nov. 27 /CNW/ - Garneau Inc. (GAR:TSX) today announced that
Mr. Dan Motyka has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board
effective November 22nd.
Mr. Motyka has been an active member of Garneau's Board of Directors
since September 1997.
Garneau Inc. also announced that Mr. Chris Garneau, Vice-President of
Manufacturing, has retired from the Corporation.
Mr. Garneau has been with the Corporation for over 29 years and has
agreed to continue to provide project consulting services to the Corporation
in the future.
Mr. Garneau will remain as an active member of the Board of Directors for
the Corporation.
