The company have fixed record date of 29/08/2025 for determining the entitlement of shareholders to get Annual Report and to close the Register of Members and Share transfer Books of the Company from 23rd September ,2025 to 30th September , 2025 ( both days inclusive ) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company .
