Lou Fais, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, and Sam Fais, Chief Executive Officer of Fais Holdings S.A., jointly stated:

"During the first half of 2026, the Fais Group recorded steady sales growth and an improvement in gross profit margin, while further strengthening its financial position through a reduction in net debt and finance costs, as well as a significant improvement in working capital. Undoubtedly, inflationary pressures on operating costs, including personnel, energy, rental and transportation costs, continued to affect our operations, with the business environment remaining particularly demanding. Expenses have been impacted by the opening of new stores and the refurbishment of existing ones. These investments, however, are expected to have a positive impact in the near future by expanding the Group's sales and profitability.

We continue to consistently implement our corporate transformations among the Group's subsidiaries, with the aim of creating a more streamlined structure that will lead to economies of scale, while remaining focused on our core activities and on how to further develop them. In this context, we proceeded with the sale of our hotel property in Santorini for €28.3 million, generating a net gain of €3.68 million.

In addition, we continue to expand our network, which now comprises 145 points of sale across five countries, both physical and online. Our next destination is Slovakia, where our first KIKO Milano store is expected to open shortly. At the same time, we are strengthening our e-commerce operations with the launch of new KIKO Milano e-shops in Romania and Cyprus. In early July, we opened the new KALOGIROU Mykonos Store in Matogiannia, in a privately owned listed historic building. New KIKO Milano points of sale also opened in Romania, the Czech Republic and Greece. We are refurbishing our stores wherever we consider it necessary, such as the MANGO store at River West shopping centre, covering approximately 1,000 sq.m., and the Ferragamo store on Stadiou Street. As a result, we have already invested approximately €5 million in capital expenditure during the first half of this year.

Following the end of the first half, we distributed a capital return of €0.11 per share to our shareholders and implemented a scrip dividend programme in respect of a dividend of

€0.155 per share (gross), with the option to reinvest 50% of the dividend in new Company shares. The programme recorded particularly high participation of 77.2%. Total

shareholder return amounted to approximately 7% for shareholders who did not participate in the programme, significantly exceeding the average dividend yield of the Athens Stock Exchange, which, based on the 2025 financial statements, stood at 4.4%. This performance reflects our ongoing commitment to creating value for our shareholders.

We remain focused on implementing our strategy, with an emphasis on further expanding our retail network, geographic expansion into existing and new markets, and broadening our partnerships with internationally recognised brands.

We are moving forward with transparency, consistency and commitment, with the steadfast objective of creating long-term value for our shareholders, customers, partners and employees."
