The Directors of the Company have resolved that the third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2026 will be a payment of 0.99 pence per ordinary share (2025: 0.95 pence per share*). The dividend will be paid on 1 February 2027 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 4 January 2027. The ex-dividend date will be 31 December 2026.
