Further to the announcement by Aberdeen UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc (the “Company”) on 18 September 2026 in relation to the proposed combination of the Company with JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc (the “Scheme”), documentation for which is expected to be published in the coming days, the Board announces an interim dividend of 6.0 pence per ordinary share which will be paid on 27 November 2026 to shareholders on the register on 6 November 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 5 November 2026.

The purpose of this interim dividend is to ensure that the Company distributes sufficient of its net income from the current financial period so as to maintain investment trust status.

Apart from this interim dividend and the Company's second interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2026, which was announced with the Company's annual results on 22 October 2026*, it is not anticipated that there will be any further dividends paid by the Company.
