Following these purchases, Charlie Cannon Brookes, together with his PCAs, holds a total of 14,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.75% per cent. of its issued share capital.
Following these purchases, Neil Johnson, together with his PCAs, holds a total of 8,416,427 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.65% per cent. of its issued share capital.
