City of London Investment Group (LSE: CLIG), is an active, alpha-driven global asset management group with more than three decades of experience. We announce that Martin Garzaron, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has been awarded 4,846 Restricted Share Awards under the Group’s Employee Incentive Plan (EIP), comprising 2,423 Deferred Shares awarded at £4.825 per share and 2,423 matching Bonus Shares awarded at nil cost.
Following the Award, Mr. Garzaron’s beneficial interest is 43,938 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company’s issued share capital.
