Primary Health Properties PLC, announces that Richard Howell, Chief Financial Officer, received 51,455 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) under the terms of the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) (the “Vesting”).
The awards vested on 27 October 2026 for nil consideration pursuant to a conditional award made on 27 February 2023. The number of Ordinary Shares which vested is stated after the deduction of the relevant taxation and National Insurance charges.
Ordinary Shares in connection with the Vesting will be transferred from the Company’s employee benefit trust (“EBT”) and details of the operation of the LTIP are set out in the Company’s 2025 Report and Accounts.
Details of the transactions referenced above are included below in accordance with Article 19 of the retained EU law version of the Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation 596/2014).
