Completion of the acquisition of Acogroup, the parent company of Acolad
Further to the announcement on 3 August 2026, RWS Holdings plc (AIM: RWS.L), a global AI solutions company, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Acogroup, the parent company of Acolad, a leading global provider of language and content solutions (the “Acquisition”).
Completion follows receipt of the necessary regulatory clearance from the French Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industrial, Energy and Digital Sovereignty and the successful completion of the consultation process with the relevant French Works Councils within the Acolad group.
RWS looks forward to bringing its market-leading AI platforms to Acolad’s European enterprise client base, thereby unlocking a material value creation opportunity for the Group. RWS will provide an update on the integration of Acolad into the Group in its FY26 results announcement in December 2026.
