The intimation regarding closure of trading window is circulated to Designated Persons of the Company on September 27, 2025.Upon careful review, we acknowledge that the intimation was required to be made to the stock exchange on September 27, 2025, which we had inadvertently failed to file. the delay in intimation was unintentional and we sincerely apologize for this oversight.
