CCL Industries Inc. Annual Meeting set for May 4, 2006

TORONTO, April 24 /CNW/ - CCL Industries Inc., a world leader in

industries, announced today that its Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday,
May 4, 2006 in Toronto.
The meeting will convene at 4:00 p.m. at the Toronto Stock Exchange
Conference Centre, The Exchange Tower Auditorium, 130 King Street West,
Toronto. In addition to a review of CCL's 2005 financial information and
future plans, the results for the First Quarter of 2006 will also be reviewed.
Production of the 2005 Annual Report has been completed and is available
for viewing on the CCL web site www.cclind.com.
