• The DIA (Declaracion de Impacto Ambiental) report complete with final submission to the regulator SERNAGEOMIN (“Servicio Nacional de Geología y Minería”) expected later in February 2026 • The Phase #2 Diamond Program at Carmen Copper Project is planned following the completion of further field mapping, structural interpretation and sampling. This drilling will also target significant regional IP
