Accord Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

TORONTO, April 24 /CNW/ - Accord Financial Corp. (TSX - ACD), a leading
North American provider of a wide range of factoring and other asset-based
financial services to businesses, including lending, financing, collection
services, credit investigation, credit protection and guarantees, today
announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of
$0.045 per share, payable June 1, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close
of business May 15, 2006.
