The Company wish to inform that due to an inadvertent clerical error, the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to cast their votes through remote e-voting was incorrectly mentioned in the Notice of AGM. The Revised cut-off date for remote e-voting is Wednesday, 26th August, 2026.
