In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations andDisclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Beezaasan Explotech Limited ('Company') at its Meeting held today i.e, June 30, 2025 and based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee considered and approved an additional acquisition (second tranche) of Equity Shares in Asawara Industries Limited ('AIL') (Formerly Known as Asawara Industries Private Limited), a subsidiary company, by acquiring shares from existing shareholders, such that the Company's shareholding in AIL to increase from 51% to 100%. Post-acquisition, AIL would become a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
