Siena, 27 October 2026 - With reference to the voluntary public exchange offer launched by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the "Offeror"), pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 102 and 106, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 (the "TUF"), as well as the applicable implementing provisions contained in the Issuers' Regulations, on all of the ordinary shares of Banco BPM S.p.A (the "Issuer"), it is hereby disclosed, pursuant to Article 41, paragraph 2, letter c) of the Issuers' Regulations, that as of today, Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A.
