Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Louise Cruttenden joins the Board further enhancing brand,
marketing and ecommerce experience and capabilities
Portmeirion Group PLC, the global homewares brands group, today announces the appointment of Louise Cruttenden to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Louise has also been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
Louise brings a wealth of brand, marketing and ecommerce experience from senior marketing and innovation roles across FTSE 100 and high growth companies. She has a proven track record of advising consumer brands through transformation and international growth, and further enhances the Group’s knowledge of customer, channels, brand and global markets.
Louise is currently Chief Marketing Officer of British no & low alcohol fermented drinks pioneer The REAL Co, with previous roles including European Innovation Director at the global premium spirits company Diageo Plc, Marketing Director at the nutritional meal replacement brand Huel and Board member and director at Danish luxury confectionery brand Lakrids by Bülow.
After more than seven years as a Non-Executive Director, Angela Luger has decided to step down at the end of the year as the Group moves into its next phase of development. Effective 1st January 2027, Jeremy Wilson will take on the role of Senior Independent Director, and Louise will take on the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Louise Cruttenden, Non-Executive Director at Portmeirion, commented:
