In this connection, we write to inform you that erroneously the date of the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the date of the proxy of the AGM mentioned as 26th September 2023, and the correct date should be 09th January 2024, and the other information will remain unchange. We, therefore, attach hereto page No. 108 and 111 of the Financial Statements and request you to update your records accordingly
