• Alligator confirms all conditions precedent in the Binding Terms Sheet to acquire EL6350 from Stellar Resources Ltd have been met. • The acquisition will consolidate Alligator’s holding of the Samphire Project area and provides significant future exploration opportunities. • EL6350 has existing historic drilling containing uranium intercepts, including 7.3 metres at 445ppm eU3O8 in hole MRM136.
