0:00 Good morning. And welcome to the SOLID STATE PLC Annual General Meeting. I'd now like to hand you over to the chair of today's meeting, Victor. Good morning, sir. Good morning. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to meeting of SOLID STATE PLC. Thank you for joining us, whether here in person or online. The meeting is being held at the company's registered office at 2 Ravensbank Business Park, Hedera Road, Redditch at 9AM on the 09/15/2026. The online facility allows shareholders to follow proceedings and submit questions, but not to vote. Voting is therefore by proxy or in person. In terms of the business of today, resolutions one to 13 are ordinary resolutions. They ask shareholders to firstly receive the annual accounts and reports for the year ending 03/31/2026, approve the director's remuneration report, declare a final dividend of 11.83p per share, Reappoint myself, Victor Chavez, Nigel Rogers, John McMichael, Peter James, Matthew Riches, Peter McGowan, and Samantha Smith as directors.

1:08 Reappoint RSN UK Audit LLP as auditor and authorise the directors to set its remuneration and renew the directors authority to allot shares within the limits set out in the notice. Resolutions fourteen and fifteen are special resolutions. Resolution 14 would permit the company within the stated limits to allot equity securities for cash without first offering them to existing shareholders. Resolution 15 would renew the company's authority to buy back up to 15% of its issued ordinary share capital subject to the pricing under the safeguards in the notice. Our shareholders have received the meeting notice and have had the opportunity to review the resolutions in full. I propose unless there are any objections to use the shortened wording set out in the form of proxy sent to all shareholders.

2:02 On a show of hands is everyone content for me to proceed on that basis? Thank you. I will now put each resolution to the meeting in turn. The proxy votes already received will be included and the final results will be announced after the meeting and published in their usual way. First, the ordinary resolutions.
