01 Good morning, and welcome to the GUNSYND PLC investor presentation. Throughout this quarter presentation, will be in listen only mode. Questions are encouraged, they can be submitted at any time just by using the q and a tab that is situated on the right hand corner of your screen. Simply type in your questions and press send. The company may not be in a position to answer every question received during the meeting itself. Have the company come with you all the questions submitted today and publish responses where it is appropriate to do so. Before we begin, I'd like to submit the following poll.
27 I'd now like to hand you over to executive chairman, Hamish Harris. Good morning to you, sir. Good morning to you. The reason for this presentation is basically just more of an opportunity for people to ask questions rather than run through the presentation, which is already on our website. So I think I'll we'll just run through that fairly quickly and with with particular emphasis on our Canadian assets. And if you like to ask some questions, we'll get stuck into the q and a. So I'll just go through the risk warning. So regarding the capital structure regarding the capital structure, our largest shareholder is the geologist who found our Canadian assets.
14 He's also responsible for finding the assets for White Cliff Minerals, which has had huge success on the ASX, and you'll be able to see the map of where their land is compared to ours shortly.
30 Alright. Sorry. So just a quick one on this page. In particular, the one of the things on here is resource nationalism. Now this has come up time and again, especially recently with the Chinese and rare earths and also with Antimony with their supply their export bans. You know, the China supplies a huge amount. For example, 94% of the world's gallium and 83% of it's germanium, and a similar amount of you add brushwood trying to gather for antimony. So this is becoming a huge theme, and this is implications for GUNNSYND. This is one of reasons we like uranium, copper, and zinc, particularly if uranium you would have seen recently, Ed Miller man might have taken note, if there's low wind across the North Sea, then The UK and and Germany in particular have got huge baseload issues. You know, we've had to import a huge amount of power from France and and Norway.
36 So your writing's gonna become increasingly important in terms of baseload. And and not only that, same as copper. You know, the the use of AI is gonna dramatically increase, you know, the baseload transmission requirements. Alright. Just go through that.
06 Alright. I'll just go I'll just ask a one answer one question, which has just come up. Penwell Resources is is a chap, as I said, I answered that, I think. He's a geologist behind White Cliff Minerals. He's he's Canadian based. He found these assets. He found Falcon and Bear Twit for us.
31 So here here are the locations of Bear Twit and Falcon. One's in Nunavut. The other one's on the on the border of Northwest Territories in Yukon. So as I was referring to White Cliff Minerals and and Pinwheel, this is their land that they pegged above us. Just a huge amount. I mean, they've had unbelievable hits there, you know, 5060% copper. Their their share prices trebled on the ASX. Australia's richest woman, her son, is now is an adviser to them by the name of Hancock. So so when they at the same time they pegged all this ground, the chap behind it, he pegged this ground for us. At the time, the only people in this area was ISO Energy.
20 And, subsequently, if you see that map where ISO is and Graylark and Merlin and Falcon is, that's all been either bought or pegged by several resources, which is now called Future Fuels. As you can see down the bottom there, they paid over $700 a hectare for that. So if if you work at if that's an equivalent basis for us with 8,000 hectares, that's, you know, 5,600,000 Canadian, which is, like, a bit over £3,000,000. But what you have to take into account there is ISO couldn't go through 20% because they sold it for shares into several resources. So that's probably an artificially low figure. And ISO also took a royalty over the rest of several resources dirt as well. So in reality, it's probably more like a thousand a hectare.
08 As you can see on the on the map, Falcon, this is where we have all the all the wood the copper samples. Go into that. So extremely high copper samples. I mean, the the rest of that territory, people are probably looking for uranium, which is next door, which is Merlin and Raylark. But also note that even with Merlin, we're still getting good grades, Rockchip samples of point 6% copper. And we think, obviously, if you read the RSs, I think there's great potential in this part of the coast of the lake for copper as well as uranium.
49 Right. Now onto Bear Twit, which is probably the most interesting one, which is probably hasn't people haven't picked up on yet. And there's a reason why we show the Mac Pass project and the Gaynor project on here. Now they're owned by a company called Fireweed Metals, which is on the TSX. Fireweed Metals is quite a big company, 250 odd million market cap, big shareholder base of London's and some really good institutional investors. They raised a lot of money. MAPPATH is one of the world's biggest undeveloped zinc deposits. It's also the world's largest high grade tungsten deposit, and it's also one of the world's biggest accumulations of germanium and gallium. Now the reason for that being interesting is not just that it's the size, which is massive, which is a 100,000,000 tonnes of, say, 7% zinc equivalent.
38 It's the fact that they've got tungsten and germanium and gallium. Only this week, or last week, they've got $20,000,000 from US Department of Defense to critical metals because especially tungsten has got such big uses of military, and there's very little if or no, US production. So the US Department of Defense is actually gonna help build or make that the road from Ross River up to here, twelve months a year road. And, also, the Canadian government's also chipping in for power as well and infrastructure. So it's these these assets, it's a it's a critical metals that might be so much worse in terms of commercial valuation, but it's just that they're so important to the US Department of Defense. And the same as germanium gallium are incredibly important for the manufacture of chips, which obviously, you know, China one and being a chip producer and the threat of China is extremely important as well.
49 On the left hand side here, you can see the modeling we've just released on an RNS. Now when we purchased first got hold of Bear Twit, all all we knew really was that the certain drilling results, which is where it says Bear Twit deposit. But you can see if that's seven to 9,000,000 tonnes, that's only a tiny fraction of the license. Now what we didn't realize at the time were all the showings up on the top right hand side where REV and and Big Surcum Waterfall are. Now these things we're we're talking high grades and decent intervals. You know? We're talking 15 meters at, you know, close to 10% zinc. So the the point being is that we think there's a a potential if there's a corridor there from all the way from where it says bare tweet up to there. You're talking higher grade deposits, and you're talking substantial amount of zinc in particular.
38 And you can see even on the right hand side where anomalies are, and we obviously have to go back to there with more rock trip samples and do some more mobile MT and and airborne geophysics. But but it looks like there's a huge amount of additional additional minerals there. And, also, of note, in in the seventies when this was drilled, they didn't even they didn't even assay for copper. So we know there's we know there's tetrahydrate tetrahydrate there, which is copper and antimony sulfides, and it's also probably germanium and gallium, and we know it also knows green oxide, which is cadmium. So the point being there is if you get, like, 1% copper, that's equivalent to 3% zinc. So it's possible we could end up with 10 zinc equivalent plus, which would make it very high grade. So we're talking something potentially of bulk tonnage and of high grade.
44 Hang on, I'm stuck here. There you go. There there you go. There's some of the drilling results in 70. So, say, 12 meters of 15% zinc substantial. Let me just go back one page.
05 Alright. And and that's it's not the Hole 3, if we go back to Hole 3, there was continuous mineralization over 300 or over 100 meters, three hundred and fifty three hundred and fifty feet. So as I said, we're confident there's there's something there, but we obviously we don't have the we need to do more work, obviously, to to drill that and to do more rock chip samples and geophysics.
33 So the work program timeline, what we're looking to do next year is obviously some more, field activities, including rock chip samples, soil sampling, and trench sampling. As you can see from the previous slides on bare twit, there's also a lot of soil sampling being done already, but we need to go back in, do some rock chip sampling and trenching. We need the mobile owned MT across the projects, which is particularly good for base metals. So it it that depends on the results of that as to, you know, what what what we got from next, basically. But what the timeline on that will be effectively when the snow melts. So you're probably looking at March or April to start doing the aerial work. And that's just some of our existing investments we've got, which I think everyone knows about.
23 So that's basically the end of the presentation. I'll start answering questions if you like. From Alex, can you elaborate on the timeline and funding plans for the next phase of exploration of Falcon and Merlin, giving the promising assay results? The as I said, the timeline there will be when the snow melts and we can get some mobile MT up. So we need to get a helicopter in and go over the ground. The funding plan for that, that won't be that expensive. We're talking a $100,150,000 pounds. So, it's not a substantial amount of funds which can potentially come out of treasury. So that's obviously the two key things for us are are Falcon because of copper and, bear twit. Falcon Falcon is a lot cheaper for us in the terms that if you can see from the map that we are close to White Cliff Minerals, and they and they were drilling there next year. And how that makes it cheaper is that they'll probably put in a base camp in there, and several resources probably or future fuels will be doing work as well.
26 How that affects us is that, for example, when we did the rock ship sampling, we used someone else's helicopter for half a day. If we had to hire the helicopter ourselves, we'd have to pay the mobilization, demobilization costs and hire it for five days, whereas we hired it for half a day. So, you know, that's that makes Falcon cheap. Nothing's cheap in Canada or in in that sort of part of the world, but we we have the ability to share costs with other people. Also from Alex, are you exploring any partnerships or joint ventures to reduce financial risk and accelerate project development? Ah, yes. As I said, we're already sharing some costs or potentially sharing some costs with White Cliff Minerals. We will be speaking to several resources of future fuels.
13 They've only just bought next door, which is the ISO Energyland. We'll be definitely having a chat to them. I've already spoken to, Fireweed Metals. They have obviously, busy with their MacTongue and MacPass. They'll be drilling Guyana this year, and that depends on how that goes with Guyana. Now if that's successful, our land of Bear Twit sits between, MacPass and Guyana, so which obviously has big implications for us in the fact that whether they buy us out or we can share some costs or whatever. But in the immediate future, because Falcon and Merlin and Greylark are close to two other active people, that probably gives us the most chance or possibilities to do something, whether in terms of joint ventures or farm ins or sales or whatever in the in the short term.
10 There's one question here from Adrian. How many shares and warrants have gone hold in 1911? The results say different from the July the website says different from the July results. I'll have to confirm that. The the the annual report should be correct. I think the website probably needs updating after the annual results were out. But I'll I'll I'll confirm that, and we'll get the investor page needs updating for, Bear Tweet and also, Merlin and Graylark as well, I think. Question from Benjie. How often does the board review its investment portfolio, and what triggers the decision to reallocate or increase exposure to a particular asset on a a regular ongoing basis.
05 I mean, one one of the big things for us, which we did, which kind of rapid conclusion quite a while ago, we had to get out of nickel, particularly out of the phenols assets, which we managed to do. So we reallocated that to, obviously, copper, gold, and uranium, which were our current focus. But having said that, we get shown from a couple of sources in Canada projects all the time. Most of them are too ex historically been too expensive for us. But if we see something we can get in cheaply, we'd also obviously look at it, but we'd have to fit in with what, you know, our current strategies, so which, as I said, predominantly focus on copper gold on your own.
53 Richard, are there any plans to diversify the portfolio beyond natural resources to mitigate cyclical sector risks? Look. We we have the ability to. It's it's in our, investment policy that we can do. We think at the moment that the natural resources in the junior space are so cheap, that's probably it it's, you know, some real bargains there. I'll give an example. Two years ago, there was an asset we know of, which is in Norway. It's a copper old copper mine. Even with copper price similar to where it is today, around $910,000, that asset almost got to sold to an ASX company for 14,000,000 Australian dollars.
38 You could pick up that same asset today for probably $500,000 Australian in in shares. I mean, that's how unbelievably cheap some of these assets are. You know? So we think that at at this stage of the cycle, probably, we have done a little bit of tech in the past, but we still think tech's undervalued compared to natural resources. So so the possibility exists to do that, but as at the moment, I think there's some extremely good, assets out there. And as you can see
06 from the share price of junior gold explorers, even with gold at $2,700, they're still vastly undervalued compared to what you would think historically they should be. Is there any more questions? Hey, Mitch. I think that's that's all the questions so far. Thank you very much for answering the questions. And, of course, the company can review all the questions submitted today, we will publish the responses out on the investor meet company platform. Just before redirecting investors to provide you with their feedback, which is particularly important to the company, Hamish, can I just ask you for a few closing comments? Just on the closing comments, I'd just say, you know, I'd ask people to have a a good look at the what's happening in Canada with with Bear Tweet and our neighbors next door and the same also, with Falcon, you know, given all the activity and how much people have paid for their land next door to us. As I said, if you if you value us on the basis of what they've paid, then we've got an extremely cheap win in a couple of those assets, like, extremely cheap win.
06 Perfect. Hamish, thank you once again for updating investors today. Could I please ask investors not to close the session? As you know, we automatically redirected to provide your feedback and all the management team can better understand your views and expectations. So it'll take a few moments to complete, but I'm sure you'll be greatly valued by the company. On behalf of the management team of GUNSYND PLC, we'd like to thank you for attending today's presentation, and good morning to you all. Thank you.
