Slide 3: Introduction
INTRODUCTION • Treatment of OAK, focused on reducing pain and improving function,1 is often long term and involves multiple treatment modalities given chronicity of disease and individualized patient considerations (eg, comorbidities, goals)2 ‒ Although innovative nonsurgical OAK treatments (eg, ext
Slide 4: Methods: Registry and Study Design
METHODS: Registry and Study Design • The iGOR (NCT05495334) is an observational registry, with all treatment decisions made by Current Analysis patients and their providers in a shared decision- Eligibility: making manner • ≥1 month of follow-up • Unilateral OAK • Participants enrolled in iGOR compl

Slide 6: Results: Pain Severity Outcomes
RESULTS: Pain Severity Outcomes The decreasing trend of pain severity scores during follow-up was of statistical significance in all treatments (left); numerical reduction of pain from baseline was significant in most treatments (except IA-NSAID, right)a Post-Treatment BPI Pain Severity Scores Reduc

RESULTS: Functional Outcomes Over the 3-month follow-up period, numerical improvements from baseline in KOOS-JR scores were observed for all treatmentsa Post-Treatment KOOS-JR Functional Scores During Improvement of Post-Treatment KOOS-JR Functional 3 Months of Follow-Up Scores (From Baseline) Durin

RESULTS: Opioid Use Outcomes In this iGOR analysis including patients who received nonsurgical treatments for Opioid Use During 3 Months of Follow-Up OAK, 38 patients (21%) reported using opioids during the follow-up period No opioid Opioid use • 22 patients (12%) who used opioids use 21% during fol
Slide 9: Conclusions
CONCLUSIONS 1 Early results from the iGOR, a unique, first-of-its-kind, inclusive, and comprehensive registry, exhibited the feasibility of using a registry to obtain real-world data for the comparative effectiveness of OAK treatments 2 In the current analyses, numerical improvements in pain and fun
