The Board of Directors of Serendib Land PLC (the Company) has decided to hold the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 29th October 2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, HQ Colombo (Level 4), No. 464A, T.B. Jayah Mawatha, Colombo 10 via an online meeting platform without the physical presence of the Shareholders due to the prevailing situation in the country resulting from the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Note that the Annual Report for the year ended 31st March 2021 including the Notice of Meeting and the AGM Procedural Guidelines will be dispatched to the Shareholders via courier by the Company, today (Thursday, 7th October 2021).
