Thirty Million (30,000,000) Unlisted, Rated, Unsecured, Senior, Redeemable Debentures of the Par Value of Rs.100/- each amounting to a value of Rupees Three Billion (Rs.3,000,000,000/-) with the option of issuing additional Ten Million (10,000,000) of such Debentures at the discretion of the Bank in the event of an oversubscription of the initial issue aggregating to a total sum of up to Rupees Four Billion (Rs.4,000,000,000/-) (“Debenture Issue”).
