Commercial Credit and finance plc- initial issue of 10,000,000 (ten million) senior listed redeemable rated guaranteed debentures at a par value of LKR100/- each to raise sri lankan rupees thousand million (LKR 1,000,000,000/-) with an option to issue up to a further 10,000,000 (ten million) of said debentures to raise up to sri lankan rupees thousand million (LKR 1,000,000,000/-) at the discretion of the company in the event of an oversubscription of the initial issue
