The Board of Directors of Serendib Land PLC (the Company) have decided to hold the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 at 3.00 p.m. as a virtual meeting at HQ Colombo (Level 4), No. 464A, T.B. Jayah Mawatha, Colombo 10. Note that the Notice of Meeting and the Form of Request for receiving the Annual Report for the year ended 31st March 2025 will be dispatched to the Shareholders via courier by the Company on 2nd September 2025.
