As resolved by the Board of Directors of the Company the composition of the Board Audit Committee (BAC) was reconstituted with effect from 22nd August 2024.

Consequent to the appointment of Ms R Suranjani Wickremeratne as a Non-Executive, Independent Director to the Board of SDF, it has been resolved by the Board of SDF that she be appointed as the Chairperson of the Board Audit Committee (BAC) and the outgoing Chairperson will become a Member of the BAC w.e.f. 1st August 2024.
