PMF FINANCE PLC – WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED DEBENTURE ISSUE Further to the announcement made on 11th August 2025, we wish to inform you that, subsequent to internal assessment, the Board of Directors of PMF Finance PLC has decided not to proceed with the proposed issuance of Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Senior, Redeemable Debentures, which was intended to raise up to a maximum of LKR 1.0 billion.
