Temporary suspension of business operations of subsidiary in oman

This is to inform you that Luminex PLC has changed its Auditors from Wijeyeratne & Co., Chartered Accountants to Nihal Hettiarachchi & Co., Chartered Accountants, with effect from 25th August 2026. The change was duly approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25th August 2026.
