In accordance with Section 8 - Corporate Disclosure of the Colombo Stock Exchange Listing Rules, it is hereby disclosed that Lanka Rating Agency Limited has assigned the Company an initial entity rating (long term) of "BBB" with a stable outlook and an initial instrument rating of "A" with a stable outlook for the listed, redeemable, convertible bonds.
